I received my OfficePRO on Mach 16th and on the backcover was an ad from OFFICETEAM that I found intriguing. I tried the download as suggested and good not get any response, so I called 1.800.804.8367 for help.  The person on the phone was very pleasant and sounded very helpful and said she would have IT check it out and she would get back with me. Neither has happened.  I still am not able to get into the website and wanted to know if anyone else has been able to get the FREE guide.

Amy, here is what the OfficeTeam website says when I go to that link:
"Our new research guide, Your Secret to Success: Today's Super Admin will be available on April 1, 2010. Please check back in April to access this guide."
