The Missouri Division Speakers Bureau (MDSB) is designed to give Missouri Division IAAP Chapters greater access to a variety of topics.
Inviting a Speaker
Once you have selected an appropriate topic, contact the MDSB. Please include your daytime phone, fax number, mailing address and e-mail address with your request. Specific details, i.e., biographical information, directions, and other pertinent data should be exchanged. The earlier you submit your request, the better the chance the speaker will be available to fulfill your program needs.
Remember, utilizing your Missouri Division Speakers Bureau can be your chapter's way to pursue Opportunities Ahead.
Processing Your Request
After you have confirmed your selection, please notify the MDSB with the details.
The host chapter and Missouri Division will share expenses equally. An expense voucher form will be sent by the MDSB to the speaker for completion and submission to the chapter for payment of transportation and hotel expenses (if applicable). The chapter will be responsible for paying the presenter in full. A voucher from the chapter, including copies of all receipts and initial request correspondence, should be submitted to the Missouri Division President for approval and reimbursement to the chapter.
